Agendas

There are two opposing agendas; the family's agenda and the accountant's agenda. The family is powerless against the accountants and the accountants's agenda prevails. The accountants's agenda is made to appear as Jean O'Connell's agenda by using her to carry out, or agree to, their instructions: "will do draft of final acting. Deed to property-convey to court.  Needs how much".

If you look at the correspondence and documents and connect the dots using common sense, does it look as if: (1) The consequences of these instructions are to tear the family apart, render the family powerless, and give the accountants control of the family's assets? (2) The only tool the accountants need is your trust? (3) The accountants's use a mother to unwittingly tear part her own family, and it is too cruel to be believed, much less to be gotten away with?

The memo below is the one that made me realize that the agenda that was carried out was the accountants's, and not Jean O'Connell's.

The accountants lead Jean O'Connell to believe that I am the cause of the delay and I am lead to believe that Jean O'Connell is the cause of the delay.

 My son Tony called.  He said he wanted very much to be the full trustee with an agent to receive notices and processes from the court & commissioner as in the May 8th letter.  Would First thing is to have the *final accounting based on same figures as in the 1st accting.  Send it to me- do I have to sign it"

*The final estate account transfers the residual estate to the testamenarty trust, automatically closing the estate and funding the trust. Nothing else can do this. A "deed"/"Agreement"/"reciept" can not do this. The final estate account is the only thing needed. The accountants have control of the assets in the residual estate; they would lose control of these assets if they are transferred to the trust, unless they can supplant the trustee.

*Does it look as if the accountants framed the family by making it appear that their agenda is the family's agenda? Does it look as if the accountants withhold the final estate account for approximately fourteen months and make it appear that the family is the cause of the delay? Do they make it appear to Jean O'Connell that Anthony O'Connell is the problem and make it appear to Anthony O'Connell that Jean O'Connell is the problem? Does the accountant's agenda render the family powerless? During this approximately fourteen months do the accountants gain control of the family's assets by creating accounting entanglements and by framing and supplanting the family's nominated fiduciares? Do the accountant's try to sell trust property without the nominated trustee's knowledge? Is this memo, with the family's agenda described by Jean O'Connell and the accountant's agenda described by Joanne Barnes at the same moment in time, make this document a smoking gun?
